For any valuable machine it is important to ensure that it continues to perform as designed and meets the evolving requirements of the user.
Furthermore, processes which worked in systems testing and UAT may prove to be unsuitable in production and changes to design may be necessary.
In addition, Ariba is constantly updating the system. Some changes happen without user intervention, some require user intervention to enable them and some can only be enabled by Ariba themselves. Knowledge of these changes and their potential effect on the system is essential.
In all of these situations it would be ideal if a review were to be carried out by an independent third party, mindful of the design requirements but not distracted by internal discussions. One who is an expert in Ariba both up and downstream. And one who has the knowledge and resources to effect any agreed changes to Ariba in a timely and very cost-conscious manner.

Accuracy Equals Efficiency
Our Health Check process involves gaining an understanding of the design, reviewing the current configuration, identifying any technological anomalies both at the transaction and strategic level, meeting with key stakeholders as required to obtain their views and as a deliverable producing a report which details what we considered, what we found and our recommendations. We would normally plan to complete these activities within two weeks.

This report may be used to initiate further detailed workshops and subsequent development, either by a third party or by X-trinsix ourselves. If we are engaged to effect any or all of the changes the cost of the review is deducted from any additional fees.
